one-on-one personal training

One-on-one personal training is a great option for those with specific needs and fitness goals, so if you’re a first time gym goer, an athlete, preparing to run a marathon, recovering from surgery/ injury and need more attention, look no further, this option is for you.
You’ll get undivided attention, supervision and motivation praise to empower you to go beyond your training threshold while not worrying of others noticing how hard you're working towards your fitness goals allowing you to train comfortably.
Lite Armor Fitness will start you out with going over your personal needs and fitness goals, followed by a measurable fitness assessment, then finally designing an exercise program that is safe, effective, fun, exciting and measurable.

Corporate Group training

​Show that your corporate organization values its employees and wants them to lead healthy, fulfilled lives. Incorporate aspects of Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, and Recovery so employees can achieve high performance at work and in their lifestyle.
